OMG！ Ubuntuで何度か採り上げられていた、 時間の経過に応じて変化する地球の画像のデスクトップ背景画、いわゆる「Live Earth」。３０分毎にインターネット上から地球の画像を取得して表示させるソフトである「Realtime Sunlight Wallpaper」が、まだバージョン0.1ながらリリース。

■PPAからのインストールは、端末を開き、次の２行を実行させます。

• sudo add-apt-repository ppa:realtime.sunlight.wallpaper/rsw
• sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install sunlight

 Ubuntuにインストールするには、LunchpadにあるSnapshhotsを使う。
ソフトウェアソースにppaを追加する。
